WX version has read support, but no write support.

Mike Wetherell was working on one that hasn't made its way to CVS yet...

Ryan Norton made one, which didn't make it either. It has limited or no seek capability - however, you can make zip files and write to them. You can get it at sourceforge.net/projects/wxprojects.
